Catherine Ella is a senior executive with over 35 years experience, who specializes in helping public sector clients responsible for managing real estate and infrastructure assets, with practical advice on policy development, asset & portfolio management, procurement advice & support and project leadership.

Catherine is based out of Ottawa, Ontario.

Catherine provides strategies for prioritization methodologies (asset and portfolio management plans), long-term capital planning, procurement and financing models, and hands on support for funding submissions including business case preparation, risk analysis and briefing materials. Her own career path over 35 years has helped equip Catherine with the insights, skills and experience necessary to help her clients achieve positive outcomes. She has worked in large infrastructure projects, hi-tech facilities management and real estate consulting. Catherine’s public sector roles included policy development, project leadership and real estate stewardship
Credentials
Catherine has a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Engineering) from Queens University and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has been a licensed Professional Engineer (P Eng) since 1986 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2011. Catherine was recognized for her contributions to the engineering community and is a Fellow of Engineers Canada (FEC).

She holds a Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance from the Government of Canada.
